# Lampiran L: Daftar periksa Panel Ahli Independen

Panduan untuk evaluasi proyek ISBM oleh IEP

Metodologi ini ditulis untuk digunakan secara mandiri, di luar badan sertifikasi, dan juga untuk digunakan dengan beberapa sertifier — masing-masing dapat menyesuaikan evaluasi IEP sesuai protokol internal. 

### Komposisi IEP

IEP harus mencakup minimal:

1. Seorang ahli biologi yang punya keahlian lapangan di ekosistem BCP. 
2. Seorang topografer dengan lisensi yang sah di wilayah hukum BCP. 
3. Seorang ahli hukum yang dapat memvalidasi kontrak dan dokumen lahan.
4. (Opsional) Staf penerjemah.

### Daftar pemeriksaan evaluasi IEP

Daftar pemeriksaan dasar untuk validasi IEP mencakup: 

**Biologi**

* [ ] Apakah spesies indikator dipilih dengan tepat untuk ekosistem yang terlibat? 
* [ ] Apakah skor spesies indikator yang diekstrapolasi dari data publik sudah akurat? 
* [ ] Apakah subset pengamatan yang dipilih secara acak akurat sampai 90%?
* [ ] (Opsional) Apakah validator iNaturalist sudah memberi tingkat validasi independen "Research grade" pada pengamatan?

**Topografi**

* [ ] Apakah peta akurat dan konsisten secara internal? Apakah segmen, judul, atau ekosistem saling tumpang tindih? 

**Kepatuhan**

* [ ] Apakah sertifikat lahan valid di wilayah hukum yang dimaksud? Jika tidak ada sertifikat lahan penuh, apakah BCP sudah membuktikan penguasaan lahan dengan cukup? 

**Kunjungan lokasi**

* Verifikasi lokasi ground-truthing FPIC
