# 指標種の完全性スコア
指標種の完全性スコアは、その種自体に内在するものであり、自然生態系における進化したニッチ、ならびに同生態系に対する感受性および同生態系が失われた場合の脆弱性に由来します。これは公開データおよび／または伝統的生態学的知識から生成されます。
ISBMは健全な生態系を表現するよう設計されていますが、容易にモニタリング可能な指標種の中には、実際に見られる生態系を十分に表現できないものがあります。汚染された系でも生存できる種は、完全性スコアが低くなります。このような種を1つ確認しても、部分的な評価にとどまります。なぜなら、その種は完全には健全でない生態系にも出現し得るからです。一方で、より代表性の高い種はモニタリングが困難である場合があります。知識や資源が限られるIPおよびLCに対して方法論を民主化するため、我々は、完全化されたデータの代わりに非理想的な観察を可能にする指標種の完全性スコアを導入しました。
例えば、多くのIPにとって、タピールはジャガーよりも見つけやすい場合があります。また、アマゾン全域の多くの先住民族において、それはトーテム的な動物です。しかし、健全な生態系を完全に代表するものではないため、完全性スコアは0.5となります。
の一覧を作成した後、 [利用可能な指標種](/methodology/ja/bsurain/no.md)、それらはまた、0-1.0の範囲で完全性スコアによる生態系の代表性に基づいて順位付けされなければなりません。1.0は、生態系を完全に代表する能力を示します。これらのスコアは [完全性の算定](/methodology/ja/suan-ding/si-zhi-ji-suan.md) で用いられ、利用可能であれば公開データによって、利用できない場合は専門家の見解によって裏付けられなければならず、また、プロジェクトに割り当てられたVVBによるレビューの対象となります。
