地球上で最も生物多様性の高い地域の多くでは、データが不完全であるか、あるいは不正確です。以下は、プトゥマヨ・アマゾンにおけるサンプルBCPについて、種の豊富さおよび生物多様性リスクを示すためのサンプル表です。これは不完全です。表自体は単純ですが、データそのもの、およびデータソースは、一般に整備が不十分です。
