# 実施計画

この方法論は、生物多様性が健全に維持されているレジリエントな生態系で、介入がなければ生物多様性の喪失が生じるおそれがある場合、または財務的追加性が認められる場合に適用されます。プロジェクトは、先住民族および地域社会が生態系の管理者となることを可能にし、伝統的な狩猟採集型の生活様式に依拠する要員を配置してジャングルを保全し、指標種をモニタリングすることにより、固有の生物多様性を保全する能力を示すべきです。

プロジェクトの各活動は、プロジェクト開発者の責任下にあり、該当する場合は認証基準に適合していなければなりません。 

実施計画は意図的に簡素化されています。なぜなら、プロジェクトから得られる主要データは計画ではなく成果であるためです。可能であれば、BCPは以下について明確に記述すべきです。

* ステークホルダー関係および分析 
* 利用可能なモニタリング機器を前提とした技術的実現可能性
* モニタリングに関連する財務的実現可能性および費用
* 法域上の境界内における法的実現可能性
* リスクおよび不確実性
* 能力および専門性。先住民族および地域社会の代表を含む。 
* ガバナンス。先住民族および地域社会の代表を含む。
