# 부록 L: 독립 전문가 패널 체크리스트

이 방법론은 인증기관 외부에서의 독립적 사용을 위해 작성되었으며, 다수의 인증기관과 함께 사용하는 경우에도 적용될 수 있습니다. 각 인증기관은 내부 프로토콜에 따라 IEP 평가를 조정할 수 있습니다. 

### IEP 구성

IEP에는 최소한 다음이 포함되어야 합니다:

1. BCP의 생태계에 대한 현장 전문성을 갖춘 자격 있는 생물학자. 
2. BCP 관할 구역에서 적법한 면허를 보유한 지형학자. 
3. 계약 및 토지 관련 서류를 검증할 수 있는 법률 전문가.
4. (선택 사항) 번역 담당 인력.

### IEP 평가 체크리스트

IEP 검증을 위한 기본 체크리스트에는 다음이 포함됩니다: 

**생물학**

* [ ] 지표종은 관련된 생태계에 적절하게 선정되었습니까? 
* [ ] 공개 데이터로부터 외삽된 지표종 점수는 정확합니까? 
* [ ] 무작위로 선정된 관측치 하위집합의 정확도가 90%입니까?
* [ ] (선택 사항) iNaturalist 검증자들이 관측치에 "Research grade" 수준의 독립적 검증을 부여하였습니까?

**지형**

* [ ] 지도가 정확하고 내부적으로 일관됩니까? 구역, 명칭 또는 생태계가 중첩됩니까? 

**준수**

* [ ] 문제된 관할 구역에서 토지 소유권은 유효합니까? 완전한 토지 소유권이 관련되지 않는 경우, BCP가 토지 통제를 적절히 입증하였습니까? 

**현장 방문**

* FPIC의 현장 실사 검증
