# 组群项目

本方法学专门针对原住民（IP）与当地社区（LC）之间及其内部的行为改变和横向扩展而设计，无论是相邻小农户、国家公园边界周边，还是原住民群体与其小农户邻居之间。因此，鼓励实施分组项目，并对分组项目的设计作出专门规定。 

分组项目有利于生物多样性，因为动物活动范围会超出保护区边界，而生态系统连通性是全球保护的明确目标。 [（Vilar et al. 2020）](https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1002/aqc.3269). 

项目可在进展的任何阶段开始作为分组项目，或转换为分组项目。众所周知，原住民（IP）享有国际上持续的同意权，而两类当地社区（LC） [*持续* 同意](https://www.un.org/development/desa/indigenouspeoples/wp-content/uploads/sites/19/2018/11/UNDRIP_E_web.pdf)，且两类当地社区（LC） [希望采用较短期限的合同 ](https://isbm.savimbo.com/appendices/appendix-i-letters-of-support/miguel-chindoy-indigenous-leader)，以便在科学标准变化或不良商业关系出现时拥有调整的自由。因此，只要 [1年最低](/methodology/zh-cn/xiang-mu-miao-shu/xiang-mu-bian-jie/bcp-de-shi-jian-jie-xian.md) 信用期已满足，允许项目缩减计入面积。  

生物多样性在生态系统交汇处得到增强，因此，同一地理区域内的分组项目可能向横向扩展，覆盖新的生态系统或指示物种。在这种情况下，项目必须提供分割，并调整 [项目说明](/methodology/zh-cn/xiang-mu-miao-shu.md) 与 [基线评估](/methodology/zh-cn/ji-xian-ping-gu.md) 如适用。例如，某湿地项目延伸至海洋生态系统，而当这些项目进行分组时，会同时增强两类环境。然而，对于这类相邻分组项目，指示物种可能并不相同。  

一旦BCP已为监测和报告建立可扩展基础设施，规模扩展应当相当直接。若 [监测计划](/methodology/zh-cn/jian-ce-ji-hua.md) 保持内部一致，则可在核证期间提供更新后的项目边界。

补充说明，鉴于5年追溯期，以及在泄漏区域有清晰的监测数据，邻近土地转为保护并主张追溯计入将具有强烈的财务激励。这正是设计目的，应予鼓励，并对该 [试点项目](/methodology/zh-cn/fu-lu/fu-luhyuan-zhu-min-zuo-zhe.md) 在本方法学中观察到的受保护区域增长20％以及稀有动物（美洲豹和角雕）狩猎行为改变，作出了重大贡献。  

对于在新建地点采用本方法学的BCP项目，强烈建议先从小面积开始，先以切实成果向原住民（IP）和当地社区（LC）充分证明该模式，然后基于保护成效和建立的信任逐年横向扩展。
